Our Vision, Mission & Goals

We intend to work with students, teachers and parents to empower them with core competencies and skills necessary to develop their spiritual, mental and emotional insights to face the challenges of life. The programmes under this initiative works with individuals, groups and partners in coherence with its vision, mission and goal as stated. below:-

Vision
To prepare the world for children and youth making it better, healthy, safe, peaceful and united; and to prepare the children for such a world.

Mission
To uphold that the schools must act as a Lighthouse of Society providing meaningful education, spiritual direction and leadership to students, parents and the society and concern itself with the affairs of the age.

Our mission is to inform to as many people as possible how we can create a better world. This is not a religious, political or commercial activity, but a volunteer movement only seeking to spread Understanding and Harmony to as many people as possible believing that many united consciousness make huge Force.

Goals
To contribute and help creating a united world order which will ensure and safeguard the ‘Right to a Safe Future' for world's children and generation yet unborn.

Our Model

As a part of our GlobalPEACE Institutional Programme and Child Care Curriculum, the programme has following agenda

We would develop and advocate implementation of peace education curriculum for the students and teachers.

We research and develop peace curriculum and other related material for the teachers, students and parents.

We would conduct Exchange programmes in association with organisations like CIEE, RIYE, AIESEC, iEARN, ISSE and other school exchange programmes in countries world over.

We would liaison with media to reach and sensitize the awakening in students and parents through peace education.

We would encourage students and teachers to participate in cross-cultural friendship- links with schools in within different regions of India as well in other countries abroad.

We would innovate various associate support projects and programmes to help children discover their true self and true potentials within them.

We would train and equip the students with the power of technology to remain update with the global events

We would facilitate the students to pursue the career of their choice by personal counseling, providing them relevant material and also by expert guidance from our alumni.

Our Attitudes

We apply the principle of consultation both within and outside the organisation with a positive mental frame.

We practice Continuous Improvement as we believe that our work is our interest and hobby we perform in our routine and therefore commit to excellence and quality in whatever we perform and think.

We update our selves with latest information and skills and revise our action plan to analyze where and how we are heading towards our mission while working on the goal at hand.

In addition to above, the organisation functions at individual, team and group levels with above commitments to meet the competency requirements as under:

We at EduCARE are following a three-pronged strategy to achieve our objective of GlobalPEACE. The GlobalPEACE team has been broadly classified in three teams as well as under:;

Team One: is corresponding with Governments to advocate inclusion of Peace Education Curriculum in schools

Team Two: is corresponding and networking with civil societies and NGOs and schools to conduct supplementary community programmes imparting peace education that would contribute towards global perspectives, wider worldviews, cultural tolerance, respect for diversity and peace.

Team Three: is corresponding with individuals, student & youth groups, education institutes, NGOs, internship / volunteering organisations, private businesses, Governemt organisations to advocate promote Global Perspectives through Education And Cultural Exchange, and, Internship and volunteering.

Our Approach

We at EduCARE India are following a two-step approach to achieve our objective of GlobalPEACE.

Step 1 is Wisdom through Education & Awareness

Why not sensitise maximum number of people about the concepts of peace through education and cultural exchange. Why not encourage them reading and listening to some individuals known for their humanity and their experience in bringing serenity and joy to thousands of peoples lives? Every body can learn something from wise and peace promoting people and organizations around.. Here we have the opportunity to expand the current limits of our understanding.

Step 2 is Action

What and why are the global problems and challenges facing us as a human society today ? Make people aware about the negative impacts of these problems. Once we have achieved a greater understanding of the roots of our global problems, we can do something to solve it through participatory approach. Here we have the opportunity to learn how we can transform our own world crisis into an enriching and positive experience for us. As they say 'Remember always that first is Wisdom and then comes Action, otherwise our acts will leave the world the same as it is now or even worse'
